About cleaning and maintance services
We undertake the care of your house with trustworthy and responsible personnel. We provide you with services in your absence as well before your arrival, so that you find a welcoming and ready home.
In the time of your absence, we insure to keep your house in excellent condition, preventing damages such as moisture, electrical or plumbing problems and a variety of other issues that occur in a closed house.
Our visits will happen at least weekly always with your consent and a full update of every movement happening in your property.

- Interior and Exterior cleaning.
- Delivery and installation of white goods.
- Activation of electrical and plumbing installations.
- Network activation.
- Supply and arrangement of drinks, food and other products of your desire.

- Activation of AC installations. (if requested)
- Maintenance of means of transport (car, boat, etc.) if they are parked in the absence of the owner.
- Property inspection after extreme weather events.
- Immediate repair of any damage.
- Water tank check.
- Small scale repairs and preventive maintenance. (Electrical, water filters, small repairs of wheat, plumbing, cleaning of air conditioner filters, etc.)
- Decontamination (if requested)
- Pest control (if requested)
- Delivery of your means of transport to arrival points (port, airport) if requested.
